New upcoming race

I'm doing a trail marathon on October 11 at Fort Mountain State Park near Elijah, GA. I began my serious training today with a typical CFE workout of 6 x 90 seconds full-speed with 90 seconds rest. I did dumb-bell swings later with pushups.

I've also perked-up some interest with our strength coach at school about CFE. She's committed to trying some of the workouts and doing the trail run with me.
